So after seeing Bana's new comic project I decided to try my hand in pixel art. I kinda like it. Still have to work on more than one pose and backgrounds and stuff, but I think Jules and Victoria look good like that. Hmmm.

So, uh, hi.

Been forever since I made a post here. Or anywhere really. How's everyone been? Good? Good. Things have been pretty hectic as of late. Lot's of moving, planning moving, working, more working, and a bunch of other things. I've barely had any time for creative pursuits, I apologize.

I can't promise I'll be posting Sky in a timely manner all things considered, I'm a wee bit violently ill right now and I work 9 of the next 10 days, I believe.  But I'll attempt to record it as soon as I can. Dead limbo right now. I'm still incredibly unsure of myself as an artist, but far more comfortable as a writer so Dead may turn into something else until such a time that I feel I can draw it and not hate every line in the page.

Enough about all that though, here's some art from yesterday. I'm not sure who she is or what she's from. I think I have a place for her in Sky, but I'm not quite positive yet.

Jack Fisher

An ex enforcer for a small crime family in New York, Jack cleaned up his life after his daughter was born and his wife was killed in a car accident. He now runs a small tavern in Hoboken, New Jersey with his daughter Clementine.

He spends almost all of his time attempting to take care of Clem, though he's not very good at it. He's over protective and slightly neurotic, which has lead to more than a few fights in his bar with customers who've leered at her. He does his best to hide his former line of work from her, though the amount of former family members who come to the bar doesn't do much to help that.

Clementine Fisher

Clementine Fisher went through a bad spell of rebellion when she was younger, leading to her practicing witchcraft for a time. She ended up having a particularly nasty spell backfire and gave up on it. She helps her father, Jack, in his bar, managing the expenses, waiting on customers and generally running the place herself.

She's extremely attached to her father, having lost her mother when she was five. Clem still deals with the effects of her addiction to magic, sinking herself into work to help deal with it.

After certain events in her life she tries to go back to using magic, but in her emotionally unstable state she's possessed by the elemetal she tries to summon. Though, through some twisted luck her instability also stops it from fully possessing her.
